Syndicated Puzzles

Over the years, we’ve shared thousands of puzzles with the world, but it all began when one newspaper decided to remove cryptograms from their pages. For our parents, this was a disappointing change. We responded by doing what anyone would do—we created our own cryptograms, sending them with love by email each day.

To our surprise, the frustration with newspaper puzzle pages didn’t stop there. Family and friends across North America shared similar disappointments, as their local papers made puzzling choices that left their games pages less enjoyable.

That’s when we realized we could help—not just by sharing puzzles with readers, but by offering newspapers, especially smaller ones, the chance to enhance their puzzle pages, engage their audience, and introduce new features like online play.

How it works

Our puzzle syndication service works just like a syndicated TV show. Each syndicate is granted the right to publish our puzzles during the allotted time period. Currently we syndicate on a weekly basis, meaning you can publish at any time during that week.

We like to remove any uncertainty with regards to print deadlines, so we provide our puzzles to you well in advance. On the 15th of every month you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the puzzles for the following month.

What you get

We provide our syndicates with as much value as we possibly can. Every download includes puzzles for each week of the following month. For each week, you will receive:

  • One crossword
  • Three Sudoku-One from each of our difficulty levels (easy, medium, and hard)
  • Two word search-One standard size board, and one smaller "Quick Search"
  • One Secret Word Scramble
  • One Single Word Scramble
  • One Cryptogram (of course)
  • Two Bingo cards
  • Unlimited access to our Bingo Caller app
  • QR codes to access the online versions of each puzzle
  • Full solutions for every puzzle

In addition to being able to print our puzzles, you have the right to publish access to the online versions using QR codes we also provide.

Our syndication service is also future-proofed. We are working on new puzzle types regularly. When new puzzles pass our rigorous testing process, our syndicates will be able to access these new puzzles, too.

Reporting

We understand how important it is to know what your readers are enjoying. That’s why our service will include detailed monthly reports, so you can see how often readers play our puzzles online through your publication and which games are the most popular. This helps you better understand your audience and ensures you’re providing the kinds of puzzles they love.

The Beta

Quality is everything at Ross Creative Media, everything is tested over and over again, including our puzzle syndication service. During this initial test period, you will receive puzzles for free. In exchange we ask for your honest feedback, an endorsement we can publish, and your consideration to use our service when it launches.

We are limiting the number of participants in our beta program, and interest is high. If you would like to join, fill out the form below.
